Requirements
Upon arrival of the initial visit we will discuss and determine what type of conversion will suit your needs and the measurements taken to meet the relevant design.
We offer the potential to utilise your loft space using creative and innovative ideas whilst achieving, most importantly, a strong, safe structure, comfortable head heights. Conforming to strict fire regualtions also covering all aspects of the local authority demands from building control.
Architect Plans
We provide a comprehensive service which includes a full set of detailed plans and stuctural calculations. These will be submitted for Local Authority approval for Building Regulations and Planning Permission if required and is included in the fixed price quotation. Our Design and Build Service can take all the stress away from the client.
The Conversion
Your conversion will be professionally managed by our dedicated team and completed, according to the size of the project, within 6 to 8 weeks. After the scaffolding is erected the materials are taken up on the outside of the house and through the roof, minimizing disruption. A Qualfied Building Inspector will make visits to the property as key stages are completed and there will be a final inspection at the end of the conversion.
Materials
Timber products are sourced from sustainable forests. Insulation material are CFC free and enviromentally friendly, keeping the room warm in winter and cool in the summer. We only use Velux windows and are Velux certified installer.
All of our stairs are handmade by skilled craftsmen who will carry out a site inspection before they manufacture your stairs, this ensures that your new staircase is a perfect fit and blends in with your existing layout.
Assurances
